Miguel Paiva Antunes is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice area of CCR Legal.

He has been dedicating his professional career to Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), acting in a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including the acquisition and sale of companies, mergers, demergers, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations, across several sectors, including renewable energies, industry, hospitality and tourism, healthcare, real estate, infrastructures, telecommunications, IT, financial institutions, insurance and private equity.

He also actively participates in the development of LegalTech projects within the NewLaw area of the PwC network with a particular focus on finding technology solutions for specific needs of clients.

Professional background

Before joining CCR Legal, was in the Corporate and M&A team of the Lisbon office of Linklaters LLP from 2011 to 2019.

From 2020 to 2021 was exclusively working in research related to law and technology issues in the context of the Global Ph.D. programme of the Católica Global School of Law.
