- Legal assistance in the area of Advertising and Marketing (online and digital), providing legal support to the design of campaigns (contracts with influencers, contests, sweepstakes or promotions) and the assessment of the compliance of the campaign with the legal requirements applicable to advertising and drafting the relevant contracts and providing support in obtaining authorisations for their implementation.
