Luís Pedro Oliveira is Partner of CCR Legal.

He has dedicated his entire career to Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and has actively participated in multiple Corporate and M&A transactions, including mergers, demergers, acquisitions, joint-venture agreements, shareholders agreements, disposals and reorganisations across several industry sectors, particularly real estate, distribution and logistics, hotels and tourism, financial institutions and private equity funds, insurance and health.

His experience also includes advice to family businesses and professionals’ partnerships notably in planning and restructuring family companies (particularly in case of generational transition), shareholders agreements and family protocols.

Professional background

Before joining CCR Legal since its inception, he worked at the Corporate and M&A department of Garrigues (Lisbon office) between 2009 and 2017.

In 2017 he was seconded from Garrigues to Dechert LLP (London office), where he joined the Corporate & Securities Group.

Guest lecturer at Autónoma Academy since 2020.
