Joana de Almeida Ferreira is Senior Associate of CCR Legal in the Labour Law Practice Area.

Her practice has been mainly focused in advising national and multinational companies in various business sectors, providing daily employment matters’ legal assistance, notably in the conclusion of employment contracts, conducting disciplinary proceedings, redundancies and collective dismissals procedures, negotiation-based termination of employment contracts, including litigation procedures in labour disputes and administrative proceedings.

She also has experience in issues related to the transfer of undertakings and business transfers as well as in business restructuring operations and company restructuring, as they relate to labour matters.

Before joyning CCR Legal, she was Associate at the Labour Department of Abreu Advogados (Abreu & Associados – Sociedade de Advogados, SP, RL), where she worked from 2013 to 2019.
