Isabel Coelho dos Santos is Partner of CCR Legal.

She has been dedicating her career to Corporate law and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). She has an extensive experience in providing legal advice to corporate transactions, including M&A transactions, mergers, demergers and other corporate restructurings, shareholders agreements and joint ventures, to national and multinational corporations in several industries and market sectors.

She provides regular legal assistance to family businesses, notably in planning and restructuring, generational transition, and family protocols.

Professional background

Before joining CCR Legal since its inception, she worked at the Corporate and M&A Department of the largest law firm in continental Europe to date, from 2008 to 2017, lately as a Senior Associate.
