She has an extensive experience in corporate and M&A transactions as well as in commercial contracts.

She has been developing her activity in corporate assistance on both national and international highly complex transactions, namely on mergers, acquisitions, joint-venture agreements and restructurings.

She provides regular legal assistance to family businesses as well as to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) and High Net Worth Individual (HNWI).

Professional background

Before founding CCR Legal, she was Principal Associate at the Corporate and M&A Department of Garrigues developing a highly-specialized work in the M&A practice from 2006 to 2017.

She started her career in 2001 at Barrocas & Alves Pereira Law Firm ocusing her activity in Corporate, M&A, and Civil and Commercial Contracts.
